Wes Byrne made the transition to residential real estate brokerage—focusing on both rentals and sales—in 2021. His deep appreciation for Boston’s architecture and unique style makes him an ideal fit for this dynamic city, as he previously spent 12 years managing two historic brownstones in Boston's iconic Back Bay.

Prior to relocating to Boston, Wes worked in Manhattan for an investment banker, where he played a key role in launching several startups. His diverse background gives him a unique edge in understanding both the investment and personal sides of real estate.

When he’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Wes enjoys spending time outdoors. His favorite spot is the Cape Cod Rail Trail—a scenic 40-mile loop that's perfect for a day of biking. And after a good ride, there’s nothing better than grilling dry-aged steaks to unwind.
